Recruitment of Our Team

Almost all of our staff are recruited through recommendation. When interivewing, our experience helps us to evaluate applicants to ensure candidate suitability. We focus on candidates that will be permanent and have an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. Of course all prospective staff complete an in-depth application form, provide a national insurance number which we verify, and provide evidence of their legal right to work in the UK.
