We acknowledge that good training at all levels benefits everyone. Clientcare has a training programme that focuses particularly on security of clients' premises, product use and Health and Safety. All our staff are issued with an 'Employee Handbook' as a constant reminder of our procedures. Cleaning staff are closely supervised by our Area Managers who visit them regularly, whilst cleaning is being undertaken. Our Area Managers work in compact geographical areas, allowing them to visit both staff and clients easily. |
